Withdrawal instruction

Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us — JadeMind GmbH, Keutschacherstrasse 116, 9220 Velden am Wörthersee, Austria, hello@flexyield.io — of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, free of charge to you. On the free tier, where your data rather than money is the counter-performance, withdrawal ends the contract and we erase your personal data as described in the privacy policy.

Early performance. If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you pay us a proportionate amount for the service provided until you informed us of the withdrawal. Expiry: the right of withdrawal expires early where the service has been fully performed with your prior express consent — or, for digital content supplied immediately, with your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (§ 18 FAGG). You give this consent at checkout.
